Vibration Testing

Quanta Laboratories performs mechanical vibration testing on more than 20 electrodynamic and hydraulic shakers, with force ratings up to 34,000 lbf and a frequency range from 1 Hz to 500 Hz or 5 Hz to 3,000 Hz. The largest vibration table measures 100 in x 100 in, and profiles include Sine Sweep, Sine resonance search, track and dwell, Random, Sine on Random, Random on Random, SRS, Sine Burst.

Purpose

Verify the test unit will function in and withstand the vibration stresses of a product's life cycle and during shipping.
